Sue Ann Smart, 82, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, November 25, 2013, at Witham Hospital in Lebanon.
She was born June 20, 1931, in Frankfort, the daughter of Harry and Gladys Hite Pletch. Sue married Harold Smart Jr.; he preceded her in death April 2, 2012.
Sue retired from Peter Paul in 1983 after being employed for 17 years. She enjoyed gardening, working outside, and spending time with her family.
Surviving Sue are three daughters, Marcia (Andy) Edwards, Diane Wright, and Tracy Jones; one son, Robert âBobbyâ Smart; two grandchildren, Alisha Smart (fiancé Rodney Minnix) and Amanda Gammon; three great-grandchildren, Pryce Minnix, Makynzie Minnix and Caven Gammon; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Sue is preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Justin Akers.
