Tim Hefling, 53, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015, in Kalamazoo, MI.
He was born April 5, 1962, in Danville, IL, to John âJackâ and Mary Stingley Hefling. On June 27, 1998, he married Lisa Vinard; she survives.
Tim graduated from Danville High School and then attended Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis. He was a driver for Frito Lay since 1999. Tim with his son, Timmy, was involved with scouting and baseball; he enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping, playing cards, and cheering on the Cardinals. Tim would recommend to all the single men to find your love on the radio.
In addition to his wife, Tim is survived by his father and step-mother, Jack and Wanda Hefling of Tilton, IL; son, Timmy âT.J.â Hefling, at home; daughter, Maggie Hefling, at home; sisters, Debbie Hefling and Candy (Bob) Hill, both of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort, from 4:00 -8:00 p.m. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2015, at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Sanders officiating.
