Wanda L. Sutton

Wanda L. Sutton, 94, of Frankfort, passed away in her home on March 10, 2022. 

Born March 21, 1927, in Toledo, Ohio, she was the only child of Herman W. and Ethel (Lytle) Pranke.  In October 1973, Wanda married William E. Sutton, and he preceded her in death in 1979.

Wanda graduated from Kokomo High School.  She was retail manager for Paul Harris, Inc. from 1974 to 1982, then worked at Freedman’s Department Store from 1984 to 1989.

Surviving Wanda are her two sons, Steven (Diane) Barnes of Cedarville, Arkansas, and Donald Barnes of Frankfort, Indiana; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter-in-law, Marta Barnes.

No services will be held.  Memorials in Wanda’s name may be made to the Clinton County Cancer Society, 258½ Fourth Street, Frankfort, Indiana  46041.
