William E. âBillâ Mullins, 68, of Frankfort, died on Thursday, October 25, 2012, at his home.
He was born May 6, 1944, in Tipton, the son of Thomas W. and Cecil Plake Mullins.
Bill worked as a saw operator at Kay-Co. since 1976. He enjoyed tinkering on cars and lawn mowers and greatly loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving Bill are his companion, Loretta Fern Mullins of Frankfort; two sons, Calvin E. (Sue) Roberts and Taylor (Billie) Roberts, Jr., both of Frankfort; one sister, Mary Etta Oakman of Arbor Dale, Fla.; one brother, Thomas Eugene âGeneâ Mullins of Sierra, Fla.; seven grandchildren, Heather (Devon) Freeman, William Hooker, Lindsey Lemen, Derek Roberts, Christopher Byrge, Taylor Bray, and Kaylyn Vice; and two great grandchildren, Gabriel Freeman and BentLee Freeman.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Boyd Mullins.
Visitation for Bill will be held on Monday, October 29, 2012, at Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor James Meeks officiating. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort.
